Refund Policy

1. Overview

BAVE offers a 14-day refund policy for Personal and Pro license purchases. We believe in the quality of our product and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the BAVE AI Video Encoder does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is submitted via email to support@benyaminkhodabandeh.ir within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The license key has not been used to process more than 10 minutes of cumulative video encoding (reasonable usage test).
  • The license key has not been transferred, shared, or activated on multiple workstations beyond the tier's limit.
  • The purchaser provides the original order reference number and registered email address.

3. Enterprise Licenses

Enterprise license purchases ($4,999+) are subject to custom terms defined in the Enterprise License Agreement. Refund eligibility for Enterprise purchases is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not covered by this 14-day policy. Please contact us at support@benyaminkhodabandeh.ir to discuss Enterprise-specific arrangements.

4. Grant Licenses

Grant-issued Personal licenses are provided free of charge and are not eligible for refunds. Grant licenses may be revoked by BAVE at any time if the grantee is found to have submitted false or misleading information in their application.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, send an email from the registered email address to support@benyaminkhodabandeh.ir with the subject line "Refund Request — [Order Reference Number]." Include your order reference number, the email used at checkout, and a brief reason for the request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Parspal and may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances: (a) licenses that have been used to encode more than 10 minutes of cumulative video; (b) licenses that have been transferred or shared with third parties; (c) licenses that have been activated on the maximum number of permitted workstations; (d) licenses involved in fraudulent activity or Terms of Service violations.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first requesting a refund through our policy, your license key will be immediately revoked and your account may be permanently suspended. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues directly.
